   AROMA 2/10   APPEARANCE 1/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 4/20
corkyrory66 (588) - BELGIUM - SEP 29, 2014
CONCLUSION : dans le genre, c’est correct.

A very fine lager with a large head that sticks around and foggy body. Aroma is of lemon and a hint of malty hazelnut. Nice pronounced flavour of citrus, nuts, and malts. One of the better lagers out there.

12 ounce bottle from Cork & Fork Gainesville. .Pours a clear amber color with a thin fizzy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of skunk (from a brown bottle) and a faint bit of caramel. The taste is pale malt, caramel, skunk, mild green banana. Thin bodied, low carbonation.

What I like about this compared to your average bottled lager is it’s got a slightly earthier taste to it. It’s relatively average otherwise but I like that about it.

Agua+cebada+¿¿¿¿¿. Producto comercial al que algunos llaman cerveza. A otros incluso les gusta

Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a lager glass. ABV 5.5% Golden yellow colour on the body with little activity in it and a tall white and froathy head on top. Average retention for its density, it leaves spots of lacing around the glass. Not the freshest of aromas, malts, straw, even some adjuncts. Taste is sweet, maltose, some grass that saves the day along with the light bitterness on the aftertaste. Also maybe it’s my idea but it seems a bit boozy, although it’s just a 5.5%. Medium thin body, very carbonated. Overall okay, better than expected.
