On tap at several places throughout Madrid. Pours a crystal clear, straw yellow colored body with a finger-width, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is bland, lightly sweetened and grainy pale malts with some traces of hay and a light DMS note. Flavor is similar. Some grainy, lightly sweetened pale malts with touches of fruit, DMS, and hay. Finishes clean and very lightly bitter before leaving a short aftertaste. Light body and a fizzy, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty boring pale lager, but not terrible or flawed.
