2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This one is fairly good considering it comes from Mahou. Flavour is caramalish, you can feel the burn malts. Lacking a bit of body for a black beer.

I like stouts and dark beers for the most part. I just got back from a vacation to The Canary Islands. I drank quite a few of these. It was the best beer to choose from, in my opinion. It’s got a solid flavor that’s still easy on the palate. It’s sweet, but that’s how I like my beers. The finish lasted nice and long. I could taste the toffee in this one. Certainly a great beer to enjoy!

courtesy of Antonio Rey Ruiz - clear ruby-brown colour, very little foam left; aroma of toasted malts and caramel; moderately sweet with a medium malt body and some late bitterness; the finish is quite long, decently malty and fairly toasted - a pleasant one
