Bottle. Nice coffee malt aroma with slight esters. Dark brown color with good head. Sweet creamy chocolate malt flavor but not too sweet - well balanced. One of the best Spanish beers I found - actually tasted like a beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. A complex aroma of bitter chocolate and sherry like alcohol. The colour is dark russet-brown and there is a good dissipating head. The taste is also quite complex with the chocolate and alcohol coming through. The alcohol appears to be much more than 5.5%. Lots to it but a bit unbalanced.

Para mi una de las mejores cervezas negras del mercado. Sabor suave para ser "negra"

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A red beer with a light chocolate brown disappearing head. The aroma is sweet caramel. And the flavor is very dominated by caramel but also contains roasted bread. The body is thin.

A decent "dunkel". Pretty heavy and malty. Sometimes creamy head. Not all bottles are alike?

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light roasted, chocolat and a hint of sour malts in the aroma. Very dark brown color, light brown head, good lace. Light, light sweet start but sweet in the end, light roasted, licorice, chocolat, little bitterness, smooth, bit thin. Nice beer and much like german Schwarzbier.
