Very good dunkel from Madrid. Great mahogany look with solid, thick head. Significant bitterness and well balanced chocolate notes. Excellent.

Small bottle from El Corte Inglés, Lisboa. Firm sand-colored head. Beautiful brilliant dark ruby colored body. Nose is sweet malty with a sourish twist. A whiff of grassy hops. Nice sourish-sweet, light bready malt aroma. Gentle grassy and earthy bitterness. Healthy body. Slick in the mouth. Fresh sour-accented malt finish. Lots of Münchener malts in this one. A pleasant surprise, and a very likeable Dunkel.

(Bottle) Pours dark mahogany reddish brown with nougat head. The aroma is malty up front with notes of hay, barley and dark bread. Undertones of coffee, smoke and liquorice, Light herbal and maybe a touch grassy hop. The flavor is light sweet to dry, light bitter and light acidic. Tones of barely, dark bread, coffee roast, light smoke, tar-ish liquorice, light caramel and a touch of resinous woodsy hops. The mouthfeel is clean, yet a bit soulful and round with light to medium carbonation. Clean bright roasted/subtle smoky finish. Light to medium bodied.

Very good spanish beer. Aromatic, roasted malty, and with a nice thin white head. Nice coffeeish flavor

MmM goood dunkel, smells good. the coffe and chocolate aroma is present, the head is creamy and strong. in mouth is a little bitter with full body. bravo mahous!

Bottle in Spain. pours amber, tan head. aroma, nice roasted malts, some dark fruits; fig, date? quite enjoyable nose. flavors, malty with hints of coffee and more present caramel, mild undertones of cocoa nibs, possibly pale malts? light bitter finish with some fruits. Beer started off nicely and ends a little weak.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso Lager. Resaboreada en agt´11. Color caoba oscuro. Espuma beige, de burbuja pequeña y capa tupida. Buena retención y collares densos. Aromas florales y de café tostado. Sabor de sutil toffee mientras un agradable amargor se desarrolla con un afrutado moderado en el intermedio. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación media. Final suave y notas de café. Cerveza bien equilibrada y de fácil asimilación. 330ml bottle. Lager glass. Renjoyed on agt´11. Dark mahogany in color. Beige, small bubbled, close crown. Good retention & dense collars. Floral & toasted coffee aromas. Subtle toffee tasting while gentle bitterness is developed with moderate fruity flavor in the middle. Light body, medium carbonation.. Smooth finish, coffee notes. Well balanced & easy drinkable beer

At Barcellona - El Prat airport. A good schwarz beer, with a black body and small tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate and ripe fruits. Taste is bitter like coffee. To be a "macro", it’s quite good.

Bottle. Dark brown with an orange tint and a nice tan head. Rich caramel malt aroma, with chocolate and a touch of fruit. Rich, malty flavor, a bit of roasting and a bit of metal, wood, and cardboard. Caramel, chocolate, raisins. Nicely bitter finish is a pleasant surprise. A bit light on the palate. Not perfect, but a decent dunkel for sure.

aroma is dark fruit, nuts. nice.. dark brown large light brown head. flavor is caramel, raisins, slight aged beer, soft mouthfeel, sweet and biter aftertaste.
