Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle, trade with Maria. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense, chalk white and creamy head. Clean and crisp hoppy aroma. Flavour is light metallic, nicely hopped wih a light bitter appearing. Subdued caramel sweet malt base, light corn note. Nicely balanced mix of sweet caramel malt and dry bitter hops finish.

May 21, 2008 Pours a clear golden color with a smallish head and some dark colored floaties. Aroma is grassy and bread.

Apr 4, 2008 Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, bread dough, spice and a light hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw and light spice with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Mar 15, 2008 (500 ml bottle (bottled on "70 10") from Julio’s Liquors) Pours clear very pale yellow with a tall, kind of stiff and foamy white head. Aroma of some honey, some pine, maybe a little bread and a light trace of skunk. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth, dryish, pretty hefty for the style. Broken, patchy lacing. Flavor is mild honeyish malt with a bit of sourdough bread and a light piney bitter bite overlaying. Nothing great but a pretty good example of the style - no surprises.

Feb 10, 2008 Bottle from Bon accord. Aroma is a nice grassy pale malt pilsner, hints of peppery spice too. Taste though has pale malts with this annoying bitterness, metallic flavour really bothers me. Would be a great beer without that.
