"a nice, crisp grassy little pilsner. had it in winter, but it still hit the spot and you could tell it was a quality brew, if not elite. some sweet cereal flavors, but clean and flavorful."

Che bello rimanere senza parole, quando si beve qualcosa del genere. Ottima, profumata, pulita, gustosa e rinfrescante.

Pours clear golden color, topped with a average white head. The basic malty aroma is subtle but easily picked up. The taste is balanced, some nice refreshing bitterness in the finish. A slightly sweet(ish) aftertaste.

Aroma: Crackery malts that tend toward honey; light grassy hops. Appearance: Lightly hazy pale yellow with a firm, foamy white head. Flavor: Honey malts more prevalent up front; grass is a little more present towards the finish, which also brings some light toast. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: A more subtle, subdued Pils. Still a nice one.

At May.B Rome. Pour pale yellow, medium white head. Nose of metal, malts, wheat. Mouth gives notes of bread, malty taste, lemon grass hint. End is a bit bitter. Good German pils! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Look: Pours with light (medium bubbles), large, white head. Good, slow retention (breaks down with bigger bubbles). Leaves a solid, thick layer, stays for the whole ride. Huge amount of carbonation, lots of tiny bubble chains. Clear and golden, as it should.

Smell: Hay that goes floral with some light citrus, grassy touch. Soft pale malt sweetness with some bitter honey notes. A bit peppery. Pleasant and fresh.

Taste: Hay goes to light pale bread, biscuit malt sweetness and continues into spicy floral hop notes that transform at the end into a spike of medium noble hop bitterness with very light biscuit, herbal honey sweetness. Very light zesty sourness and earthy notes. A fun ride for a pilsner.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, sharp high carbonation, light body and dry. Makes you drink it fast.

Overall: Good pilsner representative, fun and complex enough, still pleasant and fresh.
