Look: Pours with light (medium bubbles), large, white head. Good, slow retention (breaks down with bigger bubbles). Leaves a solid, thick layer, stays for the whole ride. Huge amount of carbonation, lots of tiny bubble chains. Clear and golden, as it should.

Smell: Hay that goes floral with some light citrus, grassy touch. Soft pale malt sweetness with some bitter honey notes. A bit peppery. Pleasant and fresh.

Taste: Hay goes to light pale bread, biscuit malt sweetness and continues into spicy floral hop notes that transform at the end into a spike of medium noble hop bitterness with very light biscuit, herbal honey sweetness. Very light zesty sourness and earthy notes. A fun ride for a pilsner.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, sharp high carbonation, light body and dry. Makes you drink it fast.

Overall: Good pilsner representative, fun and complex enough, still pleasant and fresh.

pils vom flassche. Moderate high floral and spicy hop aroma. Firm hop bitterness with a slightly sweet finish. Well balanced bu more toward the hop side. Crystal clear and yellow in color. Sweeter as I drink more and adjust to the hops I missed out on for the last 50 beers.
