Feb 10, 2008 Bottle from Bon accord. Aroma is a nice grassy pale malt pilsner, hints of peppery spice too. Taste though has pale malts with this annoying bitterness, metallic flavour really bothers me. Would be a great beer without that.

Dec 2, 2007 Bottle. Clear yellow colour, almost no head. Hoppy aroma. Notes of citrus, no malt, finish of short duration. Nothing exceptional.

I found this idea very true until my friend and I participated in a blnd tasting....we love this pilsner - subtle spiciness, grass, and a refreshment that beers of this style are supposed to give your palate.

Sep 14, 2007 A pale gold color, with absolutely no head at all, a little flat, sweet aroma. I had trouble tasting the hops.

Sep 8, 2007 Draft. Got a fresh batch, because this was grassy and delicious, dark and yellow with the right amount of hops. Really excellent.

Aug 28, 2007 Golden colored, little white head. Yeasty, handmade-cardboardy aroma with lemony hints. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also dominated by this skunky touch, mild cardboard and lemony tones also here. Lemony fruits in cleaner and drying aftertaste.

Aug 23, 2007 Tasted 8/13/07. 500ml bottle. Filtered with a golden hue. Layer of white head. Cereal bready nose. Touch of light fruit. Nice crisp and smooth yet bitter. Creamy yet dry. Nothing offensive, yet nothing special.
