| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2007 500ml Bottle: Aroma is nice with hints of grass, Pils malts, and earthy hops. Poured a light golden color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Ok lacing. Clear. Sparkling. Lots of floating particles. Looks watery as it pours. Flavor is moderately bitter but not sweet or sour. Taste is earthy with notes of Pils malts, bitter hops, dough, and light herbs. Light to medium body. Thinish texture. Lively carbonation. Long, somewhat dry, bitter finish. Overall, a good beer for a hot summer day. Very refreshing. troopie (868), USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Feb 16, 2007 Draught at ale house. Dreadful aroma of cough drops or insufficiently aged mead. That stink overrode a mild malty taste. No bitterness in the finish, slight taste of malt. Was this a bad keg or is Mahr’s always like this? I am always in search of good pilseners, but I would never drink this again. The best I can say is, it looked like a good pint of bier. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 29, 2007 Pale gold pour, the coor of my urine after a steak dinner, with aroma of hops, slight citrus. Tastes pale malty with some citrus and hops. Decent, but nothing to write home about. detroiter (958), Euphoria, Minnesota, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Pours a very clear and bright yellow gold, topped by an inch of scruffy white foam. Minimal webby lacing. Strongish aroma - hops and slight skunk even from a distance.
No skunk in the flavor - smooth and creamy malt character, both sweet and delightfully dry. Spicy green hops are quite prominent, lingering long into the aftertaste.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 10, 2006 Quite pale straw-colour with thin lingering white head. Mild aroma with some citric tones, hay, corn and sweet maltiness. Taste is initially quite sweet for the type, but it still has a quite sour ending though it’s lifted by some flowery hops. argo0 (6891), Washington DC, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2006 This pilsner pours a slightly cloudy yellow straw gold color from a 500ml bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, straw with some hops. A medium to light bodied pilsner. Malts are grassy, cereal, and grainy. Hops are spicy and a touch citrusy. A touch thin tasting and perhaps a touch sweet, but has a nice spicy hop finish. It’s a fairly standard tasting pilsner; not that it’s a bad thing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
