(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear pilsener golden with a white head. Lovely floral aroma. Medium body with a good malt base but otherwise completely dominated by good, fresh and very flowery aroma hops in the finish leaving a solid bitterness. An excellent pilsener. 071106

Yellow with a huge white head. Hoppy, metallic aroma, bready, some dough and with grassy notes. Quite malty flavor at first, then hops showing more and more. Bready and metallic finish.

Draught in Bamberg. Pretty ordinary pilsener. Difficult to say much more than that it went down ok after a long afternoon’s drinking.

Hazy gold color once the sediment poured out of the bottle. Nice bright white head. The aroma is light with sweet and grainy malts. Flavor starts off as the aroma with sweet malts and grainy malts followed by a slight citrus or lemon flavor. Beyond midway the grainy malts appear a little stronger along with a surge of spicy noble hops. Really nice flavor.

Pours a cloudy yellowish, with a white film for head. A pleasant smell of earthy, flowey hops. The flavor has a cookie like maltyness, almost biscuity, with a balancing herbal-hop character and a smooth dry finish. Clean, balanced pilsner.

Medium gold with a little bit of haze. The head is huge and white. The aroma is potatoes with some green bell peppers and a bit of honey. The taste has some sweet potatoes with a little kiss of black pepper spice in the finish. There is also a little bit of dry bread crust in the finish. The body is smooth and lightly carbonated. A solid pils.
