From my fall 2006 notebook. Hazy light orange body with minimal white head. Aroma of banana, citrus, and wheat. Light citrus and wheat flavor with faint banana in the finish.

Aroma of bananas and wheat. Hazy, orange-yellow coloured with a medium, white head. Taste is a bit sweet, wwith banana and some citrus. Quite weak and watery. Refreshing.

Yellow colour, white head. Aroma: initially a bit dusty. Also aromas of banana and pineapple. Flavour: citrus. Sour.

Light hazy golden color, medium head. Aroma of some banana, pineapple, bit sour, citrus. Bit sour for a wheat, and quite watery.

Bottle. Snow white high and creamy lasting head. Perfect. Hazy dark yellow body. Banana and noothing elsle aroma. Banana nut coriander flavor. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a longlasting white head. Fruity wheat malty aroma with hints of bananas. Sweet mlaty slightly spicy wheat flavor with some hints of bananas. Sweet malty wheat finish with some spicy hints.

Pours clear gold into a Weizen glass. Bright white head recedes faster than expected. Mild clove and yeast aromas. Bubblegum from front to back and rather thin with a sweet, crisp, dry lemon finish. Becomes more cloudy, full and less crisp as it warms.

Bottled. Just a slight haze to this light orange coloured hefe. No head. The aroma has bubblegum and a hint of banana. The taste is yeasty and sweet. Quite thin even for its style. Needs more depth. Mahrs seems to have a pretty good reputation, but I’m not sure they deserve it.
