UPDATED: APR 20, 2006 Draught and bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy yellow, small head. Strong estery aroma with blueberries, jelly and bubblegum. Dryish with soft mouthfeel - the draught version being slightly more lively and easy on the tongue. Incredibly estery with notes of toffee as well. Blueberry sorbet dominate the finish.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Feb 17) Golden yellow colour, very hazy, with a nice frothy head. Nose has a distinct spicy smell of clove, and bananas. Taste is spicy, wheaty with a large spoon of banana ice cream. Clean and fresh.

An unclear yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of banana and wheat. The flavor is sweet and again with very strong notes of banana, combined with some notes of wheat. A very refreshing beer, but an average Weizen.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2007 Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of banana, apples, cloves, and lemon sugar cakes. Taste is sweet wheat yeast with notes of banana, cotton candy, and bubble gum. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lush yeasty roundness and lively carbonation.Yum.

Opaque-hazed golden/wheat with a fizzy white head. Sharp yeast profile in the aroma with banana, smoke and clove. Sharp on the tongue as well with a spicy prickle of carbonation adding a dash of black pepper, but otherwise thinning out the body and banana flavor leaving a weak, sour/floral shadow in it’s wake.

Pours a hazy gold with a white head that does nto have good lacing. THis is a decent hefe, the flavor is very lemony with a little clove and a little banana.
