Draught at brewery tap, Bamberg. Golden, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – wheaty and sweetish aroma, some fruitiness and banana. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and banana. Finish is average, malty – lightly wheaty, lightly sweetish, faint banana. Light-bodied and sweetish hefeweizen - OK, but nothing special.

Boy! Not too good. Color is dirty golden. Absolutely no head. Slight fizz but mostly flat. Dirty flavor and aroma too. I am surprised that this passed German quality standards. Horrible? No. I am glad it was given to me though.

On tap @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen, shared with Yngwie and Gunnfryd. Cloudy honey-colored body with a big white head. Nose is citrus, honey and wheat. Taste is more sour wheaty tones with citric hints. OK weissbier, but nothing special.

Cloudy amber/gold color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, clove, light bananas, & spice; Flavor of wheat, bananas, some clove and citrus; Good overall.

500ml bottle poured a hazy yellow with very little light passing thru. Thin white head. Aroma of bananas and bubblegum. Perfect traditional hefe, appearance and nose. Rather highly carbonated. Taste mirrors the aroma in every sense. The one downfall is it is a little light bodied. However, drinkability is really high. A very smooth hefe! I would buy again any day and twice on Tuesday and drink with AirForceHops!

Hazy orange body and a huge lasting white creamy head. Aroma of hay, cereal, citrus and yeast. Fresh and lovely. Full creamy body. Well balanced taste - medium sweet and lightly bitter.
