This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of white colored foamy fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a hazy transparent yellow orange colored carbonated body and a poor lacing. The aroma contained notes of mild floral wheat yeast notes. The mouth feel was tingly and bubbly initially with a lingering orange yeast flavor with some wheat and flowery fruity banana notes.

500 ml bottle. Opalescent golden with rising clouds of yeast and an everlasting giant white head...deep burnt sugar hits the nose first, followed by syrupy bananas and light spiciness...rather sour initial flavor, lactic and mouthcoating with little sweetness or fruitiness until quite close to room temperature...very juicy and wet...this could be a little off, but the bottle was reasonably fresh and refrigerated so....not recommended.

.5l bottle. Sweet, lightly flowery aroma with plenty of citrus and abundant wheat malt; some notes of light grain, honeysuckle, lemon and faint banana/clove. Pale golden amber color, thoroughly hazy with swirls of greyish yeast and an uneven head of large bubbles. Flavor is quite citric and surprisingly tart, plenty of lemon character and acidity to be found, and with a moderately bitter, typically fruity finish. A little thin on the palate with a light-medium body. Could use something to balance the tartness, perhaps. Overall, not my new favorite Hefeweizen.

A typical hefeweizen. Clear yellow with good carbonation, thick white head. Pleasant light flower of hops aroma with the same light flavor carrying into the palate. A little light for my taste.

Opaque yellow-orange with a foamy head that completely disappears. Aroma is heavily clove with some obvious orange that I find inappropriate for a German weisbier. Flavour is likewise clove and orange with medium bitterness. Seltzery feel and flavour with a light body and lots of carbonation. I find this beer too bitter and orange and without a foamy head.

Bottle: Cloudy light yelow hue with an large fizzy head with does fade quickly and leaves little lace. The aroma has notes of banana, clove, and lemongrass esters, wheat, and bready malt. The nice balanced brew with noticeable wheat and yeast characteristics throughout and a added lemony zest. Not much spice in the flavor of this one. The feel started good, but seemed to fade and lose carbonation too quickly. Overall, still very quaffable, but I’ll stick with my favorite from this style.

This poured a pale yellow color with a large foamy head... which didn’t last long. The aroma is mildly sweet and grassy with banana and vanilla scents. There’s some very lively carbonation here. The taste is nothing special, sweet banana with a slightly tart finish. This would probably be better in the summer.

Head is at first very large, white, foamy, but diminishes to nothing within a minute. Nothing particularly appealing in the nose, banana/pineapple juice, yeasty. Tastes like banana bread, rather sweet. Quite empty besides that. Carbonation initially consists of fine tiny bubbles biting the tongue, but after a few minutes, there’s not much of it left. Average at best.
