Aroma of sour apples, slightly vinous. Very clear, very yellow. Taste is quite sweet and fizzy. Slightly spicy, and not very bitter at all. Not to style.

Cloudy start but not the most spicey wheat I’ve had. Nice malt bottom. Average weiss but still quite enjoyable.

FOAMER!!! As soon as I opened the beer I thought I would get a quick whiff and I sucked a good portion of it up my nose. Well about half the bottle ended up on me and the floor and in my nose. Well that’s the last time I stick my nose to a bottle like that! Well now to the other half of the beer. Appearance is murky yellow with a massive head. Nice aroma of lemons and bananas. The flavor is slightly spicy with a citrus fruit kick. A rather boring watery palate. Not a whole bunch of depth to this beer but a good hot weather wheat.

This Weisse pours a cloudy yellow colour with a bright white foamy head. Scents typical of a wheat beer, yeasty with some fruit notes. First taste was very good. Initial taste was that of yeast with a small amount of cloves thrown in. Good carbonation. The finish was nice that it didn’t have a over taste of yeast like some other wheat beers I’ve had have. The palate was some what clean with lingering flavours of fruit and cloves. All around good wheat!

GBBF - bottle. Looks like mango juice. Smells like smokey hot dogs - tomato ketchup, onions, Duff’s barber shop, sauerkraut, mild spices. Tastes like plastic and solvent and pear drops. I don’t really like wheat beers, and I don’t like bottled beers, so this was destined to be slammed by me. But, actually, it’s not bad.

Sour aroma with spices and banana. Appearance is weak for a hefe, very pale and not too cloudy. Unoffensive but not on the higher end of the scale. Lacks acids in the finish and the spiciness doesn’t follow through from the aroma. Wouldn’t be bad on a hot summer day.
