hazy yellow with a good white head. clear toasted bread aroma and more clear flavor. nice fresh citrus.

50cl bottle @ Bamberg. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head. Nose is mild of banana, wheat and yeast. A bit thin mouthfeel. Taste has some herbal/coriander notes together with a mild combination of wheat and banana. OK

(bottle) pours a hazy golden colour with a billowing frothy white head. aroma of wheat, yeast and faint notes of toast. flavour is the same, mostly wheat and quite unspectacular. medium body and carbonation.

500 ml bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, citrus and light banana. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, straw and light citrus with a crisp clean finish.

500 ml bottle mine says 4.9 alc. . Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a decent fluffy white head. Aroma was a little sour with hints of banana,cloves and some cloves. As it warmed the sour swell and taste went away.

Pours a nice hazy blonde color with a huge white head, a head that eventually diminishes into nothing, which is sad because it was so pretty while it lasted. The flavor has a few things going on there that seem to be in a few Mahr’s beers but not really in a lot of hefeweizens that I’ve had. Some coppery notes along with some honey then of course the yeasty bready and citrus notes. The flavor has a very good spiciness with the clove featured more than in most hefewiezens there is some fruitiness and some very mild noble hops and metallic flavors. This one is particularly dry for the style. I think I’d like a fresher bottle, who wants to give me a plane ticket to Deutschland?

Unclear yellow body with a medium white head. Banana and clove in aroma. Flavour is sweet malt, light banana and clove. Medium bodied.

at KØ2009 cloudy yellow,small white head. aroma is peachy , slight citrussy, juice fruity. flavor is very refreshing, yellow fruity, not too sweet. nice.
