Hazed golden amber with a thin white head that clears to the edge.
Nose is yeast esters, fruits, apple, pears, light perfume notes.
Taste comprises orchard fruits, yeast, sugars, citrus notes, lemon, spice.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
Ok and drinkable fayre - not really my bag.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a shortlived white head. Aroma is mild fruity, yeasty, vague metallic and spiced. Classic Belgian wit is the first impression: spiced, mellow yeasty and wheaty. Slight phenolic note mixed with a subdued estery touch. Light fruity note. Ends mixed sweet and dry phenolic.
