The winter has few good sites. One is the start of the season our black sow. Dark Bock unfiltered. Available in 0.5-l bottle cap bow at the end of October.

Well balanced dark lager with notes of caramel, some coffee, refreshing - good carbonation, not filtered - very clean with a little deposit. The beer has a mild and lasting aftertaste.
