Commercial Description: This award-winning brew is considered a hybrid with a generous use of pale malt. It is brewed in an old fashion top-fermenting manner using Kolsch yeast, thus modeled after the German leitches. Our Blonde is slightly heavier in body than the German version with low hop perception and is a wonderful companion to pizza.
A straw colored body with a white lacing head. Citrus aroma with a slight hint of hops. The flavor was slightly buttered popcorn and citrus. Very light.
