COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is proudly named after one of Corona's founding fathers….George Rimpau. This Ale is known for its roasty flavor and sweet mouth feel. We use a generous amount of crystal malts leading to deep red hue which helps define this splendid ale.

Dark reddish brown color, decent head formation. Malty roasted coffee aroma with hints of caramel. Soft smooth palate, sweet biscuity shortbread, coffee roast and chocolate. Mild bitterness in the finish.

ON tap at the brewpubl. This was probably my favorite beer on my trip. Very good, if not elite for the style in my opinion. Color was a vibrant and dark red. Aroma of red malt and fruit. Flavor was very flavorful; red malt, earth, fruit and some nice hoppiness in the finish.

Growler from the brewery. poured a really nice dark red. Nice dark malty aroma. Kind of thin on the flavor, but pretty good though, slight caramel taste.

On tap at Mainstreet. Clear reddish brown with no head. Faint caramel aroma. Caramel malty sweetness, bready taste, and a smooth finish.

On Tap @ brewery. Amber colored with a tan//orangy head. Smelled strongly of malts with caramel and yeast. Body was far too light and foamy. Flavor on the front was great with a solid malt presence of caramel and some woody character, but the finish was thin and the alcohol shone through. Great potential, but it needs some refining.

This beer is brown with no head. Not much aroma. Mild flavor of hops and carmel.

A sweetish malt and hop aroma with some fruity character. An amber color that is clear with no real head. The flavor up front is hops and followed by sweet malts. Not to much real flavor.
