COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Forget turning water into wine, we’re more interested in turning the wet stuff into beer. And that’s exactly what we’ve done! We like to think of it as our own little miracle! Not because we doubted we could do it, but because it tastes so miraculously delicious!

Blond color. Corn and paper aroma; simple flavor; a vulgar beer.

650ml bottle pours a straw color with a small white head and very little lacing. Aroma is grainy with mild hops. Taste is grainy with light malty sweetness and light hop bitterness. Only slightly better than an average macro.

Lagerboy (420) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 27, 2011
Another pale lager masquerading as a pilsener...clear pale yellow with a lasting soft, foamy head, light grainy aroma, light malts and a barely discernable hoppiness. Decent but forgettable, Lagerboy friendly, high drinkability.

Bottle purchased in Vernon, BC on 03/10/2011. Colour: yellow and white. Nose: Prarie grains and yeasty, some leathery traces and some varnish. Taste: Light sweet, light bitter, light sour. Lots more grain. Distinct fresh bread and butter, trace of cardboard. Light and fluffy.

read the background behind this one if you get a chance. nice too see the ’little guy’ going up against the ’big commercial breweries’. nice hop nose, bright, pale-yellow body, refeshingly smooth, with a light hop aftertaste. prefer a plisner over a logger, and this one does just that.

Nice hoppiness on the nose and coming off very light. Has a foggy yellow body, very hefeweizen-like, with a big foamy head. Flavour is plenty of hoppiness with bread and citrus hints. A little watery on the mouthfeel. This is a highly drinkable brew.
