3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tasted on 6/12/14 from a capped 500mL bottle purchased at Bangor Wine and Cheese. Pours cloudy pale orange/yellow with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is really focused on the grassy, herbal, and lightly fruity hops with a touch of white bread. The flavor is a bit more grapefruit and general citrus peel forward with a touch of bitter dankness as well. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long green herbal and bitter grapefruit peel hops finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light glowingly hazy yellow, nice tropical fruits, big mango, papaya and grape like aftertaste, very balanced with a low bitterness and a wheat-beer like mouthfeel. Really solid.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500 ml bottle (very fresh). Light golden colour. Hazy (most likely from bottle conditioning and high hopping rate). Big white head, strong lacing. Big citrus aroma, tropical, grapefruit, mango peach. Flavour matches. Light mouth feel, dry, dangerously easy drinking.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, at Church Key, DC. A hazy, pale golden beer with a dense, minimal sized white head. Some curtains. Itís rather fruity on the nose, pine cones and grapefruit mostly, but also some tropical fruits and pale malts. Dry on the palate, medium to full bodied and with a nice carbonation level. Grapefruit, pine cones and some resins. Nice malty tones too. Lasting hop dominated finish. A tasteful quencher. 150620

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle, from Brewery. good aroma, sweet, aroma from the bottle is great, nice peach/apricot, citrus, mainly orange, scent , once poured, not quite as interesting, kind of the same, but flatter, clean golden yellow color, good head and lace. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body, thicker creamy mouthfeel, bitter sweet finish. it;ís nice, wish the bottle aroma was what the whole beer ended up being, but solid IPA overall, Aroma best part, flavor tad more one sided,

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500 ml bottle. Pours a light golden color with a foamy white head and lots of lacing. The smell is incredibly pleasing with pineapple, grapefruit, resinous pine, and honey scents. The taste is so many hop flavors of grapefruit, citrus, lemon, pine, and resin. These mix with subtle caramel and honey flavors. Itís definitely more hop forward, but in a pleasant aromatic way. The palate is medium carbonation, smooth, and with a semi-dry finish that allows the flavor to linger without being cloying. One of my favorites when I can get my hands on it!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and snifter served, showing a slightly hazed, golden color, with fingerís width of fairly persistent, white head foam that gradually diminished to a thick ring, light film, and a curtainy cling to the lacing. The nose was initially, slightly dank, then expressive notes of grapefruit & tropical esters. Medium bodied, with lively carbonation, hop bitterness was earthy, citrusy, and rind-like, with an astringent & tangy bite that lingered with a consistent dryness into the finish and beyond. Crisp & clean, with minimal sweetness for a nice change.
