Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a hazy, lighter golden color. There was a smaller white head that left a little lacing. The aroma is nice. Grassiness, grains, touch of citrus and peppery. That taste is also quite good. Slightly spicy, wheat, citrus, earthy. A real nice Saison!

Draft at Churchkey. Lovely hazy golden straw colored pour. Nose and flavor brought beautiful spruce and citrus mixing with doughy yeast and saison spice. Crisp, dry, and quenching. Well balanced hoppy saison. Really good stuff.

Tap at churchkey august 2013 Pours hazy orange with a small soapy white head and sparse lacing. Nose is slightly grainy spicy (gop coriander) with hints of grass. Flavors are very soicy yet dry and some grass. Long spicy finish but very dry. Not a bad saison. Very simple and to the point

150ml draft. Hazy yellow. Spicy and fruity aroma. Taste is pepper, clove, some moderately bitter hops and a light, fruit malt under the bolder spice and hops. Solid body. Overall, more spice and hops that I expected from a saison, but still quite tasty.
