COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Bottle thanks to Steve! Pours a hazy peachy amber with a shite head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with some backing light flora, light grains and light fruit. Flavor has much more earthy grain and earthy fruit upfront and finishes with a bitter grapefruit note.

1 pint .9 ounce bottle. An interesting fruity, malty beer.Citrusy and fruity hops. I am digging the unique flavor, kind of rustic, a very independent brewery feel to the beer. I am enjoying this beer a lot.

Thanks to Adrian. This was a medium weight golden ale. Pretty yeasty. Not bad, but nothing special either, imho. I’ll give it another try someday.

Draft at Capone’s. Pours turbid hefe-weizeny golden with white clingy head. Nose is dry floral, resiny hops, peppery and grapefruity. Tastes crisp, indeed very clean, with initial orange and grapefruity citrus and a floral and slightly drier finish. This one is very good.

Bottle as just Peeper Ale. Dull amber orange, white foam with drippy lacing. Aroma is a heavy dose of crystal malt, some herbal and light citrus hops. Taste is not as noticeable on the crystal, the malt is sweet, caramels, but not overdone, the hops are slightly earthy, some citrus, lightly bitter finish.

Lightly hazy golden with a white head that has nice retention nice lacing.... Big aroma of citrus some light pale malt nice tropical and stone fruit aroma... Relatively thinner body decent flavor somewhat malty... Smells a little better than the flavor... Medium body at best lightly dry finish

Although it is peeper and not pepper, I thought this beer had a little spicy in it... The hops are litteraly in the mouth while taking a sip, and the bitterness is for me, perfect. A little bit on the citrus side, it is clearly refreshing and light, but with a lot of taste
