COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Pours a hazy golden with big white head, looks a lot like a witbier. Aroma is mostly citrus, pineapple, peach, a bit of pepper. Taste is citrusy hops with a bit of pine. Terrific beer! Thanks John for this one!

Bottle. Pineapple, citrus, floral hops aroma. Clear golden yellow with a large white head. Light malt, citrus, grapefruit peel, floral hops flavor. Light to medium body. Very nice fresh clean hops flavor, well balanced with malt. When I’m in the mood for a hoppy beer, this is what I’m after.

On draft at Nosh. Cloudy and yellow with a white head. Aroma is of citrus. Taste is dry and smooth with a nice bitterness at the end with citrus notes. The style is listed by Ratebeer as an American Pale Ale but seemed to me to be a wheat beer.

Nice looking bottle from a trade on BA. Very clean looking light orange pour, zesty head and carbonation leaving decent lacing. Nose is bright and dry all at once, with papery malts stitching together leafy and fruity aromas. Playful, moderately spicy mouthfeel. Solid as hell APA, with backbone and a hoppy elegance that is very dry and rustic.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange color with a big frothy white head that recedes leaving a big island. Nose is very grainy with lots of cereal notes, a fresh light citrus hop note. Palate is medium with a heavy dry bite on the finish and a sticky aftertaste. Flavor is heavy on the cereal grains, light resiny and grassy hop notes.

Bottle from hbmason...thanks Tim! Lightly hazy honey yellow with a thick off-white head. Not terribly pungent, with a light herbal and spicy hoppiness. Dry, with a lightly yeasty malt base. Taste is a bit astringent, mostly malty, with a nuttiness that shows its face on the finish. Hops are earthy and herbal with just a touch of spiciness. Bitter finish, though the whole thing is pretty smooth in the mouth.

Bomber from Half Time. Pours very light gold with a 3 finger creamy white head. Aroma is light pitted fruit and citrus. Med minus body. Flavor is floral and quite fruity. Light pitted fruits like nectarine. It is crisp and clean. It’s also finishing fruity bitter. Malt? Yeah, there’s arguably some lightly roasted malt backbone. But screw the backbone(tho it is necessary). This is ephemerally hoppy in a laid back East Coast style. Yum!
