Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Thanks to John for this. Pours a cloudy gold with a big frothy white head. Aroma is intense citrus hops. Taste is a sharp bite of citrus hops but not overly offending. Nice sweetness from the malt to help balance this beast out! Lovely.

Tried this in a bluepoint brewery cask festival glass. Poured traditional ipa gold and what makes this beer in my opinion superb is the drinkability of it. The finish after getting hit with a taste of west coast hops is very smooth tis makes this a superior ipa. Ive tried heady topper and all the favs and I think this one is King!!

Refreshing during a round of golf. Crisp and prounounced hop flavor...Not a huge wallop of flavor but decent enough.

A decent IPA. Very citrusy aroma. Not one of my favorites but it is still very good.

Bottle. Pours golden with light/medium white head. Clean floral and citrus nose. Taste is light citrus and floral up front with a peppery finish. Very good beer.

Bottle at KyotoLefty’s place. Massive piney and fruity nose, and it runs to light manure. Medium straw color. Hop attack initial, with rounded caramel and peaches and grass / balances out nicely in mid / finishes with gentle, extended hoppiness. Medium body. Great aroma and good balance. Love it!

At a tasting at KyotoLefty’s place. This is a great IPA, the aroma is the star it is a fantastic blend of citrus, peach... like a fruit basket. The color is a deep gold with an off-white head of foam. It’s medium-bodied, bitter, ascerbic, fruity with some biscuit. Really good stuff.

Bottle, thanks to my lovely wife and the guy at Tribecca Whole Foods. Huge fruit basket nose, citrus and tropical. Light pine. Summer fruit salad. Sweet, brady malts, jammy fruits, orange marmelaide, tropical fruits, strong bitterness. Amber-orange, hazy, nice head. Quite bitter, rich, smooth. Very nice stuff. Nice malts. Bitterness fades nicely to a fruity dryness.

500mL bottle, via BottleSelect. Pours a pulpy orange color; brilliant, intricate lacing on this. Yes! Pours a pithy grapefruit and oranges in the nose; fresh and spritzy; lovely brightness here. Can I say this is actually TOO dry? I definitely haven’t said that in a while. Grassy, herbal tea, crazy amounts of jaw-clenching, punch, kickass citrus. Bone dry. Citrus, herbal, well-integrated goodness.

10/13/13. Bottle with big thanks to Lukaduke! Orange pour with a nice khaki head that sticks. Really great aroma - lots of tropical fruit, some pine and citrus, and just enough doughy malts to be present without overwhelming or throwing a ton of caramel. Nice flavor, a good balance of bitterness and hop character/flavor. Plenty of tropical fruit, some citrus and pine, woodsy, doughy malt to balance it out. Delish.
