4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
500ml bottle into a New Belgium goblet.
A: Pours a hazy orange-copper color. Very hazy, actually. About two fingers of fluffy, off-white head is formed, and the retention is fabulous. The lacing left on the glass is both sudsy and plentiful.
S: Unsurprisingly, itís loaded with citrusy hops. I notice grapefruit, mango, apricot, and melon alongside some more typical pine notes. Slight biscuity maltiness is evident, too. While it didnít quite blow me away like I expected it to, itís still a great aroma, head-and-shoulders above many IPAs.
T: The citrus notes are even more evident on the flavor profile. A huge opening of fresh grapefruit, apricot, melon, and mango provides an evocative juiciness that I love. Mild pine bitterness and slight biscuity tones appear on an otherwise clean finish. This really does a fantastic job of showcasing fruity hops in a balanced manner.
M: Pretty much ideal here: clean, crisp, bone-dry, low bitterness, and light. Iíd call it íeasy to drinkí, but this is one of those beers I donít want to end. Soft carbonation adds to the wonderful mouthfeel.
O: Itís easy to see why this is hyped. As far as east-coast IPAs go, I canít think of one thatís on this level - maybe super-fresh Troegs Perpetual IPA or Flower Power? Obviously I havenít sampled any of the (supposed) Vermont masterpieces, but Iíd still imagine this one is really high up the totem pole regardless. And to think I was ready to complain about MBC pricing before sampling this - Iíd gladly pay $8/500ml for this one again. And again, and again, and again...

Spectacular, wonderful hops that dominate the flavor and aroma profiles, had this on draft, off white head, a touch of haze color was a light straw.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a vibrant gold color, one finger white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aromas are dank! In your face pine, subtle mango and a rounded lemon peel scent. Taste is just as bold. Lots of pine upfront. Earthy. Nice smooth tropical fruit waves across the middle with a medium bodied malt sweetness...and then finishes with a nice moderate bitterness and citrus hop hop notes. Great stuff!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy orange pour with a single finger head. Lots of lace. Bright citrus and hop resin on the nose. Medium mouth. Caramel at first, then grapefruit, resin, pine. Very tasty.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2014-11-09. Lightly hazy orange body, large foamy off-white head and nice lace. 4+ Aroma is relatively mild, lightly dusty malt, citrus oil, light orange character. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout, moderate orange citrus, hint of tangerine, lingering minerality in the finish and aftertaste. Decent. Smooth average bodied palate, moderate soft carbonation. Bottle via trade with Duffman.<>BR>
My 8000th rating at the time of entry!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Birreria, Eataly NYC. Pours a golden orange with a firm white head. Had this after the pale and my god the pale kills this. Nice pine and citrus notes on the nose. But the taste is almost lacking that hop punch the american pale delivers. Still a good drop but not as good as I thought.

4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Finally getting to check this one off the list as well. These guys are making great ipas, all day. 10 on the aroma. So pungent and juicy, grassy, and herbal. Little bit of tangerine peel in there as well. Falvor is a little more bitter, citrus lemon. Finish is a bit metallic, aggressive. Nice round out of flavors and aromas giving you a full hop bomb experience. Decent body backing everything up as well. Just damn.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle - Big thanks to Luke for this lovely beer - Oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, limes, and lemons in the nose. The taste is piney, grapefruit, and rips the enamel off my teeth. Overall, it doesnít get much better than this. Cheers!!!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle served in snifter. Crystal clear light orange body with a nice head that stays surprisingly long. Intricate balance of piney and ctirusy notes in the nose, with a slight advantage to the tropical fruit. Light on the tongue, with strong pine coming forth. Malt kicks in about halfway through this memorable journey to smooth out the ride. A more bitter taste is left on the tongue, which is also begging for more.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Lui Luiís in Lebanon. This is pretty solid. Looks like a pale ale. Smells stronger - almost like a double IPA. Lots of citrusy notes. Taste is very very mild compared to the smell. I like it a lot though.
