COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Pours a rich golden color with thick tan head. Smell is intense citrus & hop aroma with taste being the same. Extremely drinkable IPA!

this is a perfect beer for the ipa connoisseur. gentle floral nose with a citrus undertone. pours a deep golden, slightly cloudy color with a creamy off white head. citrus dominates the front of the palate with earthy pine bringing up the finish. i get giddy when i can have this beer. absolutely one of my all time favorites.

Almost beyond words. A good punch in the nose greets the drinker at first, pours just slightly hazy, a bountiful dense head quickly forming as the brew swirls into the glass. Piney citrusy hops and a strong alcohol content dominate, but don’t overwhelm. As the beer approaches becoming a fond memory it retains a mound of head to the bottom of the glass and leaves a nice lacing down the sides. Practically perfect in every way.

An intense hop aroma and nice light pale color. It's bottle conditioned so it pours with a nice frothy smooth head. The taste starts out quite dry and finishes with a perfect blend of hops and malt. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

Foamy, light orange color, nice balance hops, excellent finish, truly one of the best IPA’s you will ever try, a beer that is extremely hard to get, not if you live in Maine.

Completely resembles another one, with a little less hops and less of a citrus kick.

Freshly bottled this beer is sublime. The aroma is very dank herbal and floral with subtle notes from the malt. The flavor has a lot going on. It’s spicy and herbal while also floral and earthy and finishes cleanly bitter. Over time on the shelf or in the celler, if that’s ever allowed to happen, the hop flavors soften leaving a more pronounced sharp bitterness. This is a beer I’d love to see released in cans, adding additional stability to the flavors!

Pine, hay, cut grass, dry aromas. Honeysuckle, floral, tropical fruits, specially pineapples and peaches. Light body, crisp carbonation, spicy finish.

Tap at the Ginger Man, Manhattan - 29/05/12. Slightly hazy golden orange with a medium cream head. Citrus hops and pine dance out of the glass. Hops in the taste, pine, well balanced sweetish malt and caramel. Spot on ! Lighter end of medium bodied and matching carbonation, very smooth drinking, great consistency with a medium bitter finish. Excellent beer probably the best IPA I’ve tasted !

Pint .9 into a stemmed NOHO 25th anniversary vast glass. Pours a beautiful orange, gold, tan, hazel brown meshed color with a sunshine background. Head is large the rising as the brew is poured. Almost invites you exclusively for the journey ahead. Aroma is fantastic, with wondrefully blended citrus, pine, and hops all seemingly to be super fresh. Taste is sweet at first, hoppy next, a tad bitter, then hoppy and organic thoughout. Such an excellent ipa here, def worth the 7.95 I ponied up for this. After taste is sweet, hoppy and inviting, with the mouthfeel medium and distinctivly fresh. This is such a well balanced ipa, so appealing to the pallate, it can not be put down! Love Maine beer.
