COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first run at an American Pale Ale. Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passionfruit, and pine present themselves throughout. A very subtle malt sweetness for balance, but this is intended to finish dry.

Poured from a bottle. Pours a light gold color, creamy head, moderately heavy lacing. Strong citrus aroma, bit of pine and mineral. Taste is a bit of malt sweetness and a moderately heavy dose of hop bitterness. Nice clean finish, medium length on the palate. Super drinkable and delicious.

50cl bottle, a month old in Brooklyn. Crisp clear gold pour, big fluffy white head. Light mango, orange, and pine on the nose. Taste is pithy grapefruit and orange zest, some fuller riper mango, and pine needles. Some sweet biscuit malt. Dry pithy finish with grapefruit and mango linger. Great APA.

3 finger foamy white head. Medium golden color. Aroma is big, succulent grapefruit, apricot, crisp biscuity malts and other tropical fruits. Taste is grapefruit, apricot, banana, lemon or orange rind. The hop bitterness is mellowed by the sweet bready malt backbone. Finishes Dry.

Süffiger, hell hopfiger Antrunk. Zunehmend bitter, zitrusartig, süffig bleibend. Auch die Hopfigkeit nimmt mit der Zeit zu, rund. Kurzer blumiger Nachgeschmack. 10/11/12/10/11/11

This is extremely crisp and so damn refreshing. For a first run at an American pale ale this is almost damn near perfect from the brewer. The citrus and pine are so balanced ending with a smooth dry finish. This left me wanting more...and more...Cheers to Maine!

Flight at tasting room. Just ok for me. Honestly drinks more like a session IPA than a pale. Pours light-ish hazy orange with white head. Citrus and pine dominate. Fairly light bodied. Bitter/dry in the finish. Average pale for me. Seems I am in the minority opinion on this one- will have to give it another shot next visit.
