An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Smells great. Having a problem really tasting anything. The flavours seem to only make a notable appearance at the after taste stage. Very balanced. Light everything - melon, dry bitterness, full citrus, minor herbal bottom, smoothly carbonated. Well, I just finished it. It smelled great with some tropical, candy sweet, blueberry eggo walffles, something pink and succulent (not the almighty snizz), bready malts, it’s all in there. Enjoyed immensely despite struggling with upfront taste. A subtle treat.

Bottle pours a hazy golden/yellow with a large white head. Aroma of citrus orange with mild hop spice and caramel biscuit malt, all around pretty mellow. Sweet dry caramel biscuit malt light hop spice and crisp citrus. Nice!

Citrus and floral hop attack in an enjoyable, and inviting way. Backing sweet biscuit malt doesn’t overwhelm the hops but gives the body of work a nice balance. Very well done and delicious.

growler fill at SL...pours a light golden yellow with a decent sized head...nose is rather inviting with citrus lemon..pineapple..to go along with the floral earthy grassy notes...mouthfeel is quite light bodied but not so in flavor profile..this packs a tremendous amount of taste into 5.5%. really pleasant tasting with the citrus..floral..right amount of hop bite yet toned down by the malt bill..very solid and has some cask type creamy mouth presence...very fresh and clean tasting and indeed does finish crisp..a top notch apa that is easy to drink and would naturally pair well with all type of foods...another winner from MBC..put out some 4 packs won’t ya?

500 ml bottle courtesy of sloth, Thanks. Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a big sudsy white head. The aroma is mild with hay, mild musty citrus and breads. The taste showcase light hoppy citrus, breads, straw and a bit of biscuit. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: Very tasty and refreshing APA.

Pour is a light golden yellow with lots of white head. Very nicely balanced nose, very clean grain bill up front, bready and lightly doughy. Hop balance adds a strong hop punch. A good bit of citrus and a hint of resiny hop. Taste is also very balanced, the grain bill is nicely done, bready and just a touch of dough. Malt gets a touch sweet moving into a citrusy hop, a hint of herbal hop and a faint pepper in the back. Body is lighter, a touch slick and has an assertive carbonation.

Sitting in my backyard taking a break from weeding out the hell spawn known as dandylion from my grass as the sun starts to set in the west. Yummy! Main seems to do all things awsome! Hoppy and clean and light on the palate. Grassy lemon up front, pennies in the finish. Zest of fresh citrus fruits, and a clean sweetness. Aftertaste lingers with a light bitterness. Mellon...... honeydew mellow really starts to show up as I sit and slowly drink. What a nice night. Dam this is sooooo good. Just hit bubble gum, not sure where thats coming from. Ha a random cat just appeared on my garage roof. Juniper berries??? If it weren’t for the 10$ a bottle I’d have a fridge full of this stuff.
