COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. Fruity hop aroma with citrus, tropical fruits, light grass, pale malts and some caramel sweetness. Fairly light but tasty flavor of fruity and citrus hops, grass, and caramel sweetness. Finish is a little weak, but slightly bitter and citrusy.

Sampled at an ESBLS tasting. It poured a clear gold color with a white head. The aroma was of straw, lemon, grass and a hint of pine. The taste was of straw, earthiness and light lemon with a crisp dry finish. Very good.

Cloudy dark yellow color with thin white lacing. Slight grassy aroma. Medium light body good malts up front. Great little food beer.

Bottled 9/1/2012.

A: The body is an opaque pale straw color that somehow looks very nice and shows off a lot of carbonation with a thick and rocky white head. This is a solid looking pale ale.

S: The aroma came off very strong as I uncapped the bottle, but as itís settled into the glass itís a bit restrained. the aroma has a nice slightly sweet citrus hop presence, but not much more.

T: This is a very clean pale ale with almost no hop bitterness, rather flavoring hops that give a slight lemon floral dry finish with a light floral and citrus hop profile throughout. This isnít a beer thatís going to wow you, but itís very well crafted and balanced.

M: Medium crisp body.

O: I like this more than I am rating it, but itís going to be forgotten. Itís a great pale ale, but for $5 a bottle this is not something I would ever buy again. I am anxious to try other beer from this brewery though!

This is an easy drinking beer. I hate to say it, but there isnít much else I can day about this beer. Iím shocked that it scored so high. It seems very average to me.

16.9oz bottle, thanks to my parents. Born 8/3/12. Good, grassy straw hay hop aroma. Mildly hazy yellow color. Good thin white head, leaving rows of lace. Light peppery spice. Nice light bitter taste. Little orange. Good bready malts. Soft, smooth carbonation, more dry texture. Great pale ale. Nice to enjoy with a sandwich. Very easy to drink.

Love the hoppy flavor but it seems offset by a watery quality. Lemony wintergreen like finish. Tasty session ale which works well on a warm day.

This one was just ok...everything about it was a bit boring...color, taste....not a complex beer. Lots of hops aftertaste. A little bitter. Had on tap. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle just over a month old. This pours a slightly murky yellowish or light gold color thatís topped with a thick spongy white head leaving some heavy lacing on the glass. The aroma is very floral and hoppy; lots of citrus hops. Notes of grass and straw, along with light caramel, joins the scent as well. There seems to be a lot going on for a <6% beer. Going down this is light and thirst quenching. Itís quite hoppy and full of spring flower, citrus, and grassy flavors. The finish is bone dry. I just recently got introduced to this brewery but I must admit, so far Iím really impressed. This is a great session hoppy Pale Ale.
