An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Sampled at the 2012 Lansdale Beer Fest. A tasty ale but I don’t remember much - my palate was a bit shot by this point.

Traded bottle. This brewery is really knocking it out of the park for me. This Ale continued their greatness for me. A really drinkable APA. Of course that means I’m going to keep trading for these releases since they don’t distribute too broadly.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2012 Draft. Light, fresh grapefruit aroma. Pale, unfiltered yellow with some nice head and lacing. Taste is light grapefruit, sweet malt and grain. Body is lighter, but a little sticky. Overall, very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Capones. Poured a hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of tangerine, apricot, tropical furit. Fuller bodied with stronger carbonation and a lingering almost sweet aftertaste. Falvor of tropical fruits, loads of apricot and tangerine. This one is almost too fruity.

On tap @ Lazy Boy Saloon. Golden with a medium white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is an enjoyable blend of floral notes, grass, lemon zest, and roasted tea. Taste includes a hint of citrus and honey followed by malt and floral hoppy notes. Nice crisp finish with flavors lingering on the palate.

Med golden color. Spicy, peppery, lemon and piney ale. Medium, full body. Fairly soapy and lemony. Fairly well balanced light bodied beer. Peppery finish. Very enjoyable brew.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is mild, delicate hops, with a flowery touch, light fruits and toffee as well, tea. The mouthfeel is very dry, the flavor is quite poor, there is some malt and very light toffee, straws, chamomile, and less than impressive hops. The bitterness level is appreciated.
Easy, goes well with food.
