An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottle as just Peeper Ale. Dull amber orange, white foam with drippy lacing. Aroma is a heavy dose of crystal malt, some herbal and light citrus hops. Taste is not as noticeable on the crystal, the malt is sweet, caramels, but not overdone, the hops are slightly earthy, some citrus, lightly bitter finish.

Although it is peeper and not pepper, I thought this beer had a little spicy in it... The hops are litteraly in the mouth while taking a sip, and the bitterness is for me, perfect. A little bit on the citrus side, it is clearly refreshing and light, but with a lot of taste

Thanks to Ernesto987 who sent this for SS. Pours a hazy medium yellow with a tall, long lasting white head. Light citrusy hop aroma. Lightly sweet, balanced nicely with the bitterness. A very easy drinking Pale Ale that wont run off a hop hater with an overly bitter hop flavor.

Light straw pour, a bit cloudy, with a massive ivory foam. Huge. Aroma of lemongrass, bright tangerine, and orange peel along with floral notes. All citrus in flavor, perhaps a touch of honey. Easy drinking...again delicious and wish we had access to this! Im jealous!

From bottle. Pours golden with thick white head, held till the end. Massive hop aroma, nice balance of pine, resin and citrus. Similar taste with a nice caramel malt backbone. Refreshing on the palate, perhaps a tiny bit thin, if Im nit picking. A beer I could easily drink ten of

Balanced, nuanced, and particular pale ale. For a style that is overdone and at the same time relatively simple, it is hard to make a beer that stands out. This one certainly does. A bit expensive for its size, but as a local brew, this one stands out as world class. Dry and a bit of fennel at the end. Wow.
