COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

16.9 ounce bottle that’s about 4 weeks old. Pours copper with a huge white head, plenty of sticky lacing, and no action in the glass. Aroma is floral with a real hop presence. The taste is light, crisp and easy drinking. There is some light bitterness on the finish. Palate is solid and this is a good APA. This is not as good as Mo IMO.

500 ml bottle thanks to Michael. Pours a cloudy orange color with a very large white head. The aroma is rich citrus hops, light perfume. A rich fruity brew, some sweet malts akin to Belgian malts, spicy, pepper, a rather dry finish. Clean and very tasty.

Pours a clear golden amber color with a soapy white head that lingers. Aroma of citrus and pine with floral notes. Phenomenal lacing. Citrus flavor with pine, and hint of caramel. Nice beer!

500ml bottle from Downeast Beverage Co in Portland, ME. Pours a hazed, gold colored body with an inch thick, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is floral lemons and oranges with a bready yeast and a light grass. Light-medium sweet pale malts with a few tropical fruit notes as well. Flavor is a bit of a pineapple, lemon, and orange mixture up front with florals, a light grass, some bready yeast, and a lightly sweetened pale malt backing. Finishes dry with a nice floral backing, a medium-light dry grassy bitterness, and a touch of pale malt sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable pale ale. Nice, soft floral and slightly fruity hopping with a dry, clean, lightly sweetened pale malt backing. A bit of a doughy yeast keeps things interesting. Nice beer.

Pours a lighter orange amber hue with some haziness. Head size is pretty desent. It’s thick and dense and lingers a good while leaving some lacing. Carbonation is there. Bold aromatics with floral and citrus notes really sticking out here. Caramel malts are nice and sweet and balance out the pungent hop bouquet. Taste is an upfront hop attack, quite bold for an APA. Sweet malts balance out nicely with a bready or biscuit finish. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery around the edges. Overall, a well made beer with a pleasing look and agood taste. I look forward to simpling other products from this brewery in the future.

Bottle poured a dark golden color with a thin covering of white head. Aroma has nice hops, pines, light citrus, and a nice malted base. Mouth feel is light and there is plenty of carbonation. Flavor again is centered to the hops, light peppery spice, citrus, pine, and malt.

Cloudy yellow amber colour, foamy off-white head. Nice aroma - very piney. Better aroma than flavour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

Bottle: Poured a clear bright golden color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops is quite amazing with light sweet cereal notes also detectable. Taste is a superb mix between some floral hops notes mix in with some notes of light cereal. Mix of citrus and floral hoppy notes is just about perfect. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really liked this beer and I guess the East coast breweries are not catching up on West coast brewery about adding hops into beer being more then just about bitterness.

Mild, easy drinking hoppy beer. A nice citrus taste. Fomay looking head, lacey.Could not finish the entire bottle with John, but I kept the rest for cooking. More aroma would help.
