COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Light straw pour, a bit cloudy, with a massive ivory foam. Huge. Aroma of lemongrass, bright tangerine, and orange peel along with floral notes. All citrus in flavor, perhaps a touch of honey. Easy drinking...again delicious and wish we had access to this! Iím jealous!

From bottle. Pours golden with thick white head, held till the end. Massive hop aroma, nice balance of pine, resin and citrus. Similar taste with a nice caramel malt backbone. Refreshing on the palate, perhaps a tiny bit thin, if Iím nit picking. A beer I could easily drink ten of

Balanced, nuanced, and particular pale ale. For a style that is overdone and at the same time relatively simple, it is hard to make a beer that stands out. This one certainly does. A bit expensive for its size, but as a local brew, this one stands out as world class. Dry and a bit of fennel at the end. Wow.

Thank you mcox90! Pours a hazy orange with a frothy 1" head. Aroma is prominent floral hops with mild malt undertones. The taste started out a crisp clean hop bitterness with some subtle malt on the end, I detected a slight metallic finish that dropped it a point on mouth feel and taste for me. Overall a good refreshing brew.

Bottle at the Gingerman. Pours cloudy golden amber with bone white head. Nose/taste of hops, pale malt, pineapple husks, pink grapefruit rind and resinous pine. Dryish bitter finish. Medium body. Clean.

Bottle @ home. Somewhat hazy, brownish, golden orange appearance with a white head. Fresh piney, floral hoppy, lightly earthy, pale malty flavor. Bitter, herbal, piney, slightly floral hoppy, lightly citrusy, lemon, sweet pale malty flavor. Solid APA, albeit pretty hoppy.

Pour thanks to Aaron, pour is hazy yellow with nice white head, aroma has notes of grassy lemon, hints of cracker, biscuit, slight grapefruit oils. Nice and crisp. Taste is a nice mix of grass, lemon, some pine, nice fruity notes with some orange, hints of toffee and crackers, biscuit, finishing fairly smooth. Wish I had this on a warm summer day, delicious and refreshing.
