An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottle with Butler. Thanks Chris! Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is peppery lemons and spice. Nice citrus. Slight maltiness. Flavor is somewhat flat. Some bitterness. Really refreshing beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Consumed 4 months after the date listed on the bottle, sadly. Hazy yellow with an inch of off-white frothy head that fades at a moderate rate. Aroma is (far away) evergreen, grapefruit, lemon, (up close) sweet grain, pineapple, slight candy strawberry. Body is watery, medium-light, semi-creamy carbonation, moderate burn. Flavor is grass, grain, hay, some herbs, forest. A small, electric bitterness arcs across the end of the flavor profile, just a hint of astringency. A nice session. Light feel and flavor is consistent with this intent. Surprised the aroma holds as well as it does after 4 months.

Cloudily gold with an exceptional bright white head that leaves an exquisite lattice. Piney citrus scent and flavor finely balanced. Light body with a cleansing freshness that restrains the bitterness.

Light golden pour w/ a white head that leaves good lacing. The aroma is quite floral & full of hops. The taste is smooth but has a substantial amount of bitterness. This beer is highly drinkable & rather flavorful. Well done!

Tap pour with fluffy white head. Initial taste mild citrus, mostly grapefruit. Slight hop bite at end, but not bitter. OK drinking beer... Not drinking with food. Might be a good beer to match with fresh water fish & chicken.

Pour is slightly hazy yellow with a thin but dense white head. Nose is grains and malty sweetness with a fruity hop bouquet. A bit soapy. Taste is caramel malts first followed by a light long pine hop bitterness. All accompanied by citrus and herbal flavors. Dry finish. Great mouth feel!

Bottle: Slightly haze, pale straw & pear colored body with a super foamy, chunky, & long-lasting head; bright white & vibrant. Aroma of zesty grass, perfume, light florals, & a mild fruity sweetness from the blend of pale malts & hops that’s very reminiscent of Fruity Pebbles. Flavor is a touch watery, but contains that same Fruity Pebble-esque hoppage up front. Mild citrus, tropical notes, wet grass, lemon zest, citrus peel, & a hint of grainy malts towards the finish. Light bodied, light finish. Another nice pale ale from Maine, though I’d choose MO over this.

Aroma is lemon grass, clove, grapefruit and citrus. Taste is light sweet malts which transition to a medium bitterness that is fairly strong but finishes smoothly with slight tartiness. Appearance is a hazy gold/orange with pearl white head that retains fairly well.
