An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottle, 50cl. A hazy, pale yellowish golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is rather citrusy, with some flowers and citrus zest. Itís dry and medium to full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. The flavor has citrus zest and flowers dominating, but thereís also a herbal, peppery touch that first made me think this beer were made with a saison yeast. Quite bitter, both initially and in the long, dry finish. Unusual result considering the hop use, but I like it. Itís tasteful, refreshing and quenching. 150609

Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape, floral and pine. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly dry, floral, pine and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Poured into a tulip glass, very cloudy gold.. almost straw yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is an interesting blend of floral hops and light malt. The palate is quite nice; soft, crisp mouth feel with a good amount of carbonation. The taste is a nice blend of bitterness, sweetness, and spiciness. While I canít point my finger on anything specific, I thought there was also a faint citrus flavor.. I want to say lemon.

Really enjoy the Amarillo hops in this one, they balance the centennial to create a really nice aroma and flavor. Plus at only 5.5% you can have a few.

Pours golden in color and has slight hints of haze to it. Aromas of floral, citrus, earth, and some grass. Flavor was mildly hoppy with light citrus standing out with bits of floral. Body was light and the texture was pretty thin. Average carbonation and a very subtle bitterness to end.

Draft. Light orange gold. Nose of citrus orange and lightly perfumy hops. Balanced but dry malt backbone. Crushable, super smooth.

Nice big solid bottle as pictured from my son in law. Bright beery smells from the moment you pop the top. Pour is gentle pale beer with a cloudy ending. Good co2 as it goes down the gullet. Somewhat refreshing. Better than most rude-ish IPA feelings fer sure. Does have a brighter astringent bitterness about it in the finish.Yes, fairly easy to take, even for a lager lover. APA with good personality.
