An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

on tap @ Vino Belissimo / Lima OH --- Clear light amber color, good 1" smooth white head, sheets of lace. Aroma of hops and light malt. Taste is a little bit of malt and a much bigger push of pine hops. None of it is exceptionally strong, but, regardless, the hops consume 90% of the experience. Needs better balance.

Draft at churchkey. Clear pale. Citrus. Dryish, not particularly bitter. Doesn’t leave a big impression, though -- or maybe I’m distracted.

Very refreshing pale ale, crisp hops, nice malt backbone. Citrus, tropical fruits and a crisp bit of pine in the finish. Flavorful yet sessionable, great beer for sipping on the porch on a summer day

Very good and sessionable. Cloudy yellow appearance with light but tropical hoppy flavors. Fresh dry hops with lingering floral flavors. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is a very pale yellow (sort of like a urine sample), no sparkle, tiny head with attractive lacing. Aroma is spruce/pine. Taste has mellow spruce/pine but medium bitter is what comes through more than anything else. Palate is medium bodied with average texture, lively carbonation, and bitter finish. Overall, similar to Maine’s Mo and Zoe, this trends to the more bitter side (IPA side) of the sweet/bitter balance without a lot of discernible malt so is not a true favorite of mine but those that like that will love this.
