An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottle from Eataly, NY. Beautiful golden yellow pour, with bright white finely bubbled head. Quite carbonated. Citrus nose. Crisp fresh flavour. Reminds me of saison. Malty middle, citrus fruit (lemon) and fairly bitter finish. Nicely balanced and sessionable.

Bottle and served in standard pint glass: Pours a clean golden hue with a big frothy head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of of juicy citric hop esters, slight pine needles, biscuit, wheat husks, and hint of kilned malts too. The taste is a tad more subdued than the nose but does deliver a fare share of fruity tones, mild bitterness in conjunction with a solid yet unassuming malt profile. The mouth feel is sprite but has a bit of unexpected heft due to the wheat addition. Overall this is a solid APA than is actually an APA but not some juiced up Session IPA.

Very hazy golden pour with a white head. Sublte citrus peel hop aroma with some malt. Flavor is a bit bland with the hops a bit fainter than I was expecting. Decent brew. Props to Sloth for the bottle! Thanks man!

Bottle from Hegedorns. Nice grapefruit and lemon nose, lightly grassy, very light, crisp malts. Bright gold, slightly cloudy, low, fine head. Great hoppy flavor. Clean bready malts, grapefruit, lemon, crackers, hay, pine, light tropical fruits. Very bitter finish. Dry indeed. Good stuff. Great drinkability; just a bit too bitter and dry.
