COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Pours a sunny gentle straw hue with mild head, some gentle soapy lacing lines. Nose of candy lemon, white wine, grass, fresh green foliage. Flavors of soft candied lemon zest, flower petals, grass, green bell pepper, and pale malt. Super clean drinking. Overall very subtle and inoffensive, but some unique flavors and aromas make it fairly unique.

Bottled December 8, 2015 and enjoyed December 28, 2015 in a Hop Slam tulip. Look - Very light, pale yellow. See through depending on angle and glass. Decent finger of head depending on how strong the pour. Good lacing. Smell - Light lemon. Light orange. Light grapefruit. Wheat. Grass. Taste - Crisp. Wheat. Grass. Grapefruit. Lemon. Feel - Soda water. Not creamy. Light. Overall - This is a good session. I wish it wasnít so cold outside.

Tap, pours very light yellow with a white head. Aroma is mostly orange and mango, light pine. Taste is also mango and orange with a light bitter finish, easy drinking and clean.

Light golden pour, nice frothy head. Floral and cereal aroma. This is like an awesome golden ale...light, crisp and clean, cereal grains and some floral and citrus. Light floral hops, centennial noticeable. Really good, but $7 per bottle for a lightly hoppy pale ale is a bit much.

From WLVL. Thought it was going to be a golden ale it was so light in color. Some citrus piney hops. Peppy, not too hoppy, nice. Serving: Bottle

Lots of head of the first pour. Color of hay and urine. Has a nice coriander and muted hop aroma, but not overpowering at all. Itís a well rounded beer, itís also a bit forgettable.

Yellow out of the bottle with an effervescent white head. Light citrus nose. Light cereal grain and bread crust backbone with lots of lemon, bitter orange and a bit of lime citrus flavor that dries out to a long hoppy finish. Clean, crisp, hoppy beer.

on tap @ Vino Belissimo / Lima OH --- Clear light amber color, good 1" smooth white head, sheets of lace. Aroma of hops and light malt. Taste is a little bit of malt and a much bigger push of pine hops. None of it is exceptionally strong, but, regardless, the hops consume 90% of the experience. Needs better balance.

Where and how: on tap at Birch
Aroma: medium intense yet with mild vibe to it. Zesty citrus on top.
Appearance :
Top: snow white creamy lasting, mid-sized head.
Base: hazy, gold
Palate : medium full bodied, smooth with lighter carbonation. Long finish.
Taste: hops were more pronounced than in aroma. Still fairly soft with chewy mid.
other notes refreshing, pleasant ale.
