COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Hazy pale yellow pour with a thin white head. Nice aroma of citrusy hops and mild hop resin. Very good flavor of citrusy, resinous hops. It’s very dry and moderately bitter. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and medium carbonation. Impressive.

Pours a nice amber from a tap, big piney and cirusy hop nose and flavor supported by a caramelly malt backbone. Pretty good beer.

On tap, hazy yellow pour, smelled and tasted spicy, odd soapy and pepper taste that overshadowed the crispness, aight ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap into a snifter showing well filtered yellow with a half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows lemon and pineapple on a light bed of malt. The palate is moderately carbonate and light bodied. Light flavors of lemon and pineapple with an equally light bitterness. Simple pale ale.

On tap at SLL tasting and 500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy bright straw color with a 2 finger bright white head. Retention is excellent and there are many spotted chunks of lacing. Smell is grapefruit, lemon, orange and floral/grassy hops. Taste follows suit with a slight twang on the finish reminiscent of a wheat beer. Feel is light, crisp, refreshing and very drinkable.

Going All In with koleminer20 at Maine Beer. Aroma is lemon soap, pine, light. Appearance is straw golden, white head, clear. Taste is very pilsner-like, lemon, sugar, earthy hops, pine, corn. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, lemon aftertaste. Overall, eh. Not great for the style but good still.
