Great stuff. Poured slow and still produced a massive head. Very light carbonation and mellow hop character make for a super sessionable brew. The aroma is pretty light on the nose but the minute you take a sip the flavor really blossoms. I’d love to try this on tap.

Poured this one at home out of a nice pint bottle. Really hoppy ale that is basically an ipa. Pours a golden yellow and has a nice bitter finish

12/14/13. 500mL-ish bottle thanks to MaxxDaddy! Hazy golden pour with a nice off-white head that sticks and laces in rings as I drink. Mild hop aroma, lightly dank, some citrus, especially grapefruit. Nice flavor, clean and crisp, mild hoppiness, citrus and dank. Tasty.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a slightly hazy, bright yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma isn’t especially potent, and has floral hops, pineapple, grapefruit, and hints of lemon. Those floral hops found earlier are very prevalent in the taste. I still find full tropical flavors. Perhaps most noticeable is a strong pepper taste that gathers strength throughout the sip. Aftertaste is grapefruit mixed with that spicy pepper. Light to medium in body, slick in texture, white being about average in carbonation. Not bad.

This is one of my new favorite breweries. Thanks for coming to Chicago! Bottle pour at farmhouse. Clear golden pour. Bubblegum aroma. Very hoppy and bitter. Super smooth though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a very clean light yellow color with a monstrously dense, tall, off white head. Aroma has a very clean centennial freshness to it, light orange and grapefruit with a lot of fresh hop pellet to it. Flavor is very well balanced. A strong hoppiness that doesn’t overpower your taste buds but lends a great earthy, mild citrus kick. Body is very light with a modest amount of carbonation. Overall a very, very nice beer. My only complaint, and I don’t know if this is from it being too cold but the beer was a bit watery on my palate. Just a smidge more body would prevent the hop tea feeling.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Wholefoods, the Bowery, drank at home during the mass online tasting of 03/12/13. Looks the absolute bollocks this chap, hazed orange amber with a billowing off white head that is in no mood to fuck off anytime soon !
Nose is pithy orange, melon, light grapefruit, citrus zest, touch of pine resin, toasted malts, light caramac bar.
Taste carries a good slather of chalky mineral bite, orange pith, bitt citric hops, straw, diluted grapefruit, fleshy mango.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the closure.
Top notch APA, well balanced, effortlessly drinkable.

(500 ml bottle) Pours a bright golden yellow complexion with white head. Excellent head retention and lacing. The aroma is very faint, like fresh air with light hops. The flavor is crisp with white grapefruit and pine hops. Clean finish.

Slightly similar to a Belgian IPA to me. Yellow color, aroma is lots on my stuffed sinuses. Citrusy hops flavor with extremely subdued yeast sourness and a nice lightly spicy, peppery bite. Bitterness lingers for a good while. A very good beer.
