Bottle. While waiting in line for the Hill Farmstead Mimosa, I get poured a glass of this courtesy of Mike L (i think). What a great beer. Pours a hazy amber body with light head and white lacing. Aroma is funk, brett, vinous, and tart. Mouthfeel is mouth-puckering but in no way overbearing, nicely restrained with notes of sour cherry, raisin bread, wine, oak, sour fruit, and brett. A great sour, and one of the surprises of the day.

Big thanks to Joppa for getting a bottle of this out my way. Served in a Maine Beer Co. wine glass. Pours a clear light golden color with a nice white head and a few spots of lacing. The nose has some citrus and heavy Brett. Strong phenolics and a bit of earthiness. The flavor is similar Brett-heavy; a little too much so, in fact. Light-medium body with a slightly-off dryness and fairly heavy phenols. Perhaps a bit more time would have served this one well.

Bottle courtesy of Greg at Churchkey, thank you sir! Cloudy golden yellow color, small white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of sourdough bread, lemon peel, light spice. Taste is softly sour rising bread, lemon peel. Fantastic.
