COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A refreshing summer seasonal, this variety highlights Maine-grown strawberries harvested from Maxwell’s Farm and Dole Orchards. Light and dry jammy notes up front, with a lasting balanced finish.

Taste from a 750 ml bottle at the meadery. Served chilled, as with the rest of their meads. Pours a clear rose color with no carbonation or head. Lovely strawberry aroma, fresh and fruity, on top of light honey, oak, and floral notes. Flavor of strawberries, honey, oak, and apples. Medium-bodied, with a tart, sweet mouthfeel and minimal carbonation. Really nice fruit mead. One of my favorites at MMW.
