Bottled in Veilbronn. Cloudy pale orange, creamy head. Vague banana aroma. Sweet and light bodied but never thin. Drier finish with some paper. Pretty good for a leichtes weizen.

Golden with an OK head. The aroma is light with notes of straw and a hint of vegetables. The flavour has a light sweetness, a light bitterness, light notes of malt, straw and grass. I thinks it’s a really well made low alcohol, I easily could drink this again.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a small frothy white head. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet malty and minimal fruity with herbal hops and light notes of metal. Light-sweet flavour, slim bodied with a moderate carbonation. Almost watery malty base with light herbal hops; dry and slim malty finish with herbal, slightly woody hops. Aromatic hops are detectable, but the brew is rather average, even for a light beer (01.03.08).

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of cardboard, and so is the flavor.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a neat, dense, white head. Discreet malt aroma. Light and slightly watery yet with a good, malty feel. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. An excellent low alcohol. 071106
