My interpretation of a typical Bavarian wheat, refined with a little bit more hops and the intense aroma of our very own wheat beer yeast. Bold and surprising.
Typical but yet so different. Deep cassis notes mix with Oriental spices and create a fruity, spicy finish.

I invite you to enjoy a refreshing treat for all your senses.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours lightly hazy, dark golden to amber in color and with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma has an interesting spiced touch, with banana, caramel and bread and some cloves. Full body, soft carbonation and a touch of warmth. Sweet, malty flavor with banana, spices and a little bitterness. Lasting finish. Interesting spicyness in this one, else it’s rather boring. 150522

Clear orangy color with little foam. The smell is a little sweet. The taste is like a bad wheat bock beer with lots of added sugar. This beer is a nice try, but it failed miserably.

Bottle from drinks store. Amber and cloudy with initially thick head that thins quickly. Has a slightly yeasty aroma, with clove spice notes and some sweetness. Taste has a fruit apple-like sweetness, but that does not prevent quite a dry finish. Hop bitterness is present in the background. Overall, well balanced and highly drinkable.
