COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
My interpretation of a typical Bavarian wheat, refined with a little bit more hops and the intense aroma of our very own wheat beer yeast. Bold and surprising.
Typical but yet so different. Deep cassis notes mix with Oriental spices and create a fruity, spicy finish.

I invite you to enjoy a refreshing treat for all your senses.

Yours,
Jeff Maisel

Taste is medium+ sweet caramalt, wheat, spices, cloves, some banana, grassy and phenolic spicy, low+ bitterness, bit sugary and noticeable alcohol. Medium+ bodied, lively carbonation.

750ml corked bottle served in a tumbler glass. Pours a cloudy amber color forming a big creamy yellow head. Strong caramel and fruity notes in the nose. Wheat and dry plums. Flowery hops. Spicy notes. Sweet upfront taste. Bready and fruity. Plums and dry plums. Sweet cassis notes. Citrus hops bitterness. Light spice hints in the mouth too. Reminded more a Strong Belgian Ale than a Weizen Bock. Full body. Medium carbonation. Good drinkability. Better than I was expecting.

This wheatbeer has a little sour aroma to go with classic yeast notes. Taste is mild but also with some sourness ft hough still coming fresh. Amber colour looks real nice but the head is vanishing small. Overall a good companion but for me one on a night is enough.

Bottle. Pours a hazy reddish color. Aroma and taste are dark fruits with some sweetness and a little tart.
