COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
My interpretation of a typical Bavarian wheat, refined with a little bit more hops and the intense aroma of our very own wheat beer yeast. Bold and surprising.
Typical but yet so different. Deep cassis notes mix with Oriental spices and create a fruity, spicy finish.

I invite you to enjoy a refreshing treat for all your senses.

Yours,
Jeff Maisel

craighill (35) - GERMANY - APR 5, 2015
Bottle from drinks store. Amber and cloudy with initially thick head that thins quickly. Has a slightly yeasty aroma, with clove spice notes and some sweetness. Taste has a fruit apple-like sweetness, but that does not prevent quite a dry finish. Hop bitterness is present in the background. Overall, well balanced and highly drinkable.

humlelala (1070) - DENMARK - APR 1, 2015
(75 cl bottle; BBD: October 1st 2016) Poured into original Maisel glass revealing a hazy amber body with one finger pillowy head that persists well and yields beautiful lace. Aroma is dominated by wheaty notes accentuated by boozy, phenolic hints. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium to full body and a balanced finish. Flavour is moderately sweet with fruity notes. Quite good.

Dark orange. Very sweet, malty, syrupy and fruity aroma. That carries through in the flavour too. Bittersweet later on with some candied orange peel and peppery yeast.

Dark blonde, dense white head. Fresh aroma. Wheats. Sweetish, maybe from the hop also. A bit cassis-like (raspberries), swwet with a dry bitterness and finish. Strange beer, not my kind. some herbs also in the finish.

dnicolaescu (1074) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - MAR 17, 2015
BOTTLE 75 CL. Sweet and sour fruit, spicy, more like peppery than clovy. The flavour is also peppery with quite a bit of bitterness for a weizenbock, balanced by a light fruity sweetness. Unfortunately it had s subtle dead yeast aroma and flavour, which might have been a bad bottle. Good, otherwise.

Aroma of yeast, vinegar, a faint notion of bubblegum. Medium bitterness, slight banana sweetness, overpowering yeast taste. Slightly acidic, herbal finish. Ugh. This beer doesn’t know itself what it WANTS to be and is far too expensive for what it IS.

Cervesa amb un clar aroma afruitat, en boca es nota el blat per un toc a plàtan que la fa bastant dolça. Cerveza con un claro aroma frutado, en boca se nota el trigo por un toque a plátano que la hace bastante dulce.
