COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
My interpretation of an Irish stout, with an extra portion of choice barley, special and aromatic malts to give the beer its distinctive full-bodied flavor. A robust beer of deep, dark color with an aroma of roasted malt combined with the taste of sweet caramel, delicious dark chocolate notes and a hint of wild berries.

Sit back and enjoy a firework of flavors and aroma.

Yours,
Marc Goebel

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2015 Dark brown. Medium to large head, average retention. Sweet chocolate in the nose, some alcohol too. Medium to heavy sweet. Somehow similar to a baltic porter. Good structure with persistent filling of the mouth.

Bottle, smallish creamy head, murky brown color, aroma and flavor of dark bread, some chocolate and a bit of coffee, light sourness and bitterness. Simple and maybe a bit to old.

Pitch black color with light brown color. Bitter chocolate smell. The taste is basically the same. Quite pleasant aftertaste as well.
