My interpretation of a traditional India Pale Ale, with a pleasant dose of bitterness and a fresh, fruity taste. Inspiring and exotic. Surprises with citrus notes and floral nuances and finishes with hints of wild honey and caramelized malt.

Join me on an exciting journey through the world of flavors.

Bottle at the Appellation Comely Bank tasting. This one was either from Stuu666 or McNeillR. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - a little elusive at first but them light citrus and flowers come forth, but in a creamy way rather than in a fresh way. Custard maybe? Taste - more lemony custard. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a balanced dry finish. Overall - I like this. It doesnít try too hard and itís enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden beer with a very strong frothy white head. The aroma is well hopped with large amounts of bitterness, and the flavour is very well hopped and bitter. Overall a nice well hopped and bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
