Drunk in Bad Berneck, from tap. Sweetish, malty aroma and flavor with apple and a bit of milk chocolate. Soft and silky, just a bit thin.

creamy offwhite average head. good lacing. mostly diminishing. cloudy thick dark amberish-brown body. aroma: banana, moderate malt, plum. if: moderate sweet light bitter. ff: light sweet bitter and acetic; long duration. palate: medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, light astringent finish. vencida há cinco semanas, sabor banana, puxando pra desidratada, falta o vigor, ligeiro azedume e oxidação, provavelmente devido àquele fato, surgem como defeitos, azedume fica menos perceptível com o ganho de temperatura, ficando o sabor mais caramelado e agradável, 15 s

Comes out of the tap a dark, nearly opaque chocolaty brown with a fine-bubbled light tan head. Tempting malty aroma has hints of chocolate and caramel. Flavor - such flavor! Malty mainly, plus caramel, horehound, earthy and yeasty notes. Texture is fairly smooth with a sharp yeasty undertone and hints of fruit, not a lot of fizz. Definitely worthy of at least a sample.

Dark brown, mostly awesome. Light sugary aroma. Full flavor. Sweet flavor, enjoy in China

Couleur auburn foncée, aucun dégagement gazeux lors du service. Arômes de pain grillé, de biscuit et de beurre. Flaveurs de grains hautement torréfié, de résidu de sucre, de chocolat et de beurre sous une touche fruitée rappelant les dattes et les fruits séchés. Servi en fût, Bamberg, voyage Europe 2005.
