bottle. Clear yellow, mid-sized head. Hoppy nose. Hoppy-bitter flavours dominate, there is hardly any malty base. Having in mind it is a Diätbier it is quite good.

when the family diabetes catches up with me this is one beer i would like to be able to drink. i expected it to be as bland as any other light ot diät but it was full and hoppy. not a lot of malt action going on which i assume is to keep the calories down but good rusty, stale hops makes it seriously bitter
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20 duff (5484) - Lund, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2004
Bottle. Well it sure beats Tooheys Maxim, but even so, its not that good anyway. Clean german flavour. Dry, slightly grassy and fizzy, with a hint of bitterness at the end. Not much flavour to speak of, but if diabetes ever becomes a problem, its a reasonable choice.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Hansen (5468) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2007
Light yellow and clear. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma is a bit hoppy. Flavor starts with light sweetness, and finish with moderate bitterness. Boring.
