Hazy amber beer with a white foamy head. Bready banana aroma. Flavour has the same qualities
Banana, doughy bread, a hint of citrus hop. Sharp on the tongue. I could drink this all day.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
A brewery with really good beers, but this one doesn’t stand out for me. I suppose it’s well done and might be really good for fans of the German Hefeweizen style, I’m simply not one of them. The beer is very style typical with strong banana and clover aroma on wheat background with average bitterness and decent palate.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 09:30. AROMA: predominant aroma of clove followed by banana, with a slightly sweet wheat background. APPEARANCE: dark gold to light ambar color and hazy. large of-white head with good retention. TASTE: predominant phenols with notes of clove, followed by esters of banana with a wheaty background. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium body with a fluffy sensation. medium-high to high carbonation. OVERALL: a nice and traditional german weissbier with all the style characteristics.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pint bottle cold poured into wheat glass. Cloudy amber appearance typical of style. Two finger head that dissipates rather quickly with little to no lacing. Nose of banana, wheat, vanilla and various other fruits and spices. Tastes very bold typical of style. Definitely would buy again reminds me of Schneider no 7 and Ayinger Hefe. Although those are better in this, my first impression, it's still very good.

Una cerveza de trigo difícil de olvidar. Buena textura, espuma persistente, aroma afrutado con mucho plátano que se confirma en el trago. Muy mítica.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20

Draught @ Fermentoren. Pours very hazy reddish orange with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating.Smell is slightly fruity and slightly spicy with crackers, white bread, red pears, green banana, hay, dry soil, cloves and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sour, tiny bitter, slightly malty, slightly fruity estery and slightly spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tiny tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and tiny bitter with crackers, white bread, red pears, unripe banana, hay, dry soil, cloves, white pepper corns, coriander and lemon peal. Bit too heavy on the pear esters to suit me.
