Unbelivable yeasty odor with fruits and citrus. A bit sour yeasty citrus aroma at the beginning. Later a malty, caramel flavour appears. Rich, complex aroma, many flavour in perfect combination. They don’t desturb each other. Medium sour, yeasty taste. Medium body, creamy, slick texture, average carbonation. Yeasty, fruity finish. Very delicious beer, one of the best hefeweizens, I’ve ever tasted. It’s yeast is very special and delicious, it makes the beer that good!

It poured a cloudy dark-gold, a yellowish-white head and a big banana aroma. The flavor was slightly watery with some spice & banana. It’s a pretty decent weizen. The head was really fluffy with nice staying power & good lacing.

500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow orange, small foamy white head mostly fades. Nice banana yeasty aroma. Soft and fruity wheat malt taste, some apricot, lightly spiced. Soft carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Smooth fruity finish, very nice. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

Head: off-white, big, creamy to frothy, avg. retention. Colour: rich amber, cloudy.
Aroma: banana, clove, some wheat sourness. Taste: is drier/more sour than most wheat beers, not much fruitiness, wheat, clove. The finish is a bit watery, fruity and spicy. Good beer otherwise.

Bottle; poured a dull old color. Aroma of toast, wheat, and some yeast/bubblegum/banana. Flavor had a nice vanilla like presence, with a good dose of wheat. Flavor was pleasant and enjoyable.
