Surprisingly golden colour and clear with a big creamy lumpy head. A little funky on the nose at first. Savoury aromas of cloves and golden flavours of ripe banana. A mellow ale, a little sweet toward the finish, I was a little bit torn writing this as those few short lines as I like my descriptions to be a little more details, but this sums this beer up nicely. Booo.

Outra cerveja que se enquadra bem no estilo proposto. Coloração turva e alaranjada. Baixa carbonatação. Aroma de banana. Sabor doce, com notas de cravo.

Tap. Pours hazy dark golden with big lasting white head, just as expected from a hefeweizen. Aroma is loats of estery banana and sweet ripe fruits. Some bubblegum notes and small hint of clove. Taste is quite sweet and banana, no bitterness and really creamy body. Just as I like my weisse.

Draught @Cerveseria Jazz in Barcelona. Pours rich dark golden, almost orange with one finger of creamy white head. Heavy smell of wheat and banana, similar taste, very rich weizenbier flavor. Excellent.

Keg at Euston Tap. Dark murky orange, hazy, sparkling, small white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is clove, apple pie with cinnamon, light metal later on. Body is medium to light, spritzy carbonation, quite foamy. Taste is apple, dough and clove up front. Breathy wheat ester, medicinal peachiness later on. Good.

Bue à la pression. Nez floral. Au palais, c'est très acide pour une blanche allemande donc surprenant. Pas désagréable à boire mais une pinte suffira.

11.2 oz bottle. Deep amber body with a durable, creamy head and excellent lacing. Flavorful, with moderate levels of banana and yeast/spice over a good wheat base.

Classic Bavarian Hefeweizen with yellowish white, irregular, creamy, initially rocky head and deep peach blonde colour, darker than usual for the style, cloudy. Deeply fruity aroma of pear, banana and apricot, cloves, almond, yeast, wheat, bread. Very fruity, sweet onset, soft, nice yeasty spiciness, light hop bitterishness in the finish, where the wheat sourishness also develops, ending dry. Great example of this refreshing and elegant style.
