UPDATED: JUL 18, 2007 Name is L’Arduinna instead of larduinna. And it does not look like a white beer. And does not tast like it either. The label mentioned also Bière artisisanal d’Epeautre. A nice and fruity blond beer. A little sweet. Cann not find some bitterness
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6747) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JAN 11, 2005
Gushing to golden, slightly orange tinted beer; orangey, dense head. Wheaty (spelt-y) and very citrussy nose (lemon, orange, grapefruit), even a bit lactic (acid?). Soft taste, with a kroepoek-like flavour, not disagreable, howevr. Citrus (orange) and some perfumed Thai rice, and, of course, coriander. Also a bit of fresh ginger. Light bodied, but creamy-wheaty MF, flour in suspension. Not undeserving. Was spelt used by the Roman Gaul for beer?
