A deliciously full bodied beer with lots of coffee and chocolate flavours, brewed to celebrate the annual Maldon Oyster Festival in September. It contains real Maldon oysters form the River Blackwater.

Lovely nose of chocolate, sea salt and syrup of figs. Pours a very deep brown with a persistant beige head. Flavour is rich and chocolatey, gently vineous, and again with that persistent hint of salt from the oysters. Finishes soft and long with a hint of coffee.
