JoeinUccle (608), Brussels, Belgium Apr 24, 2008 A citrussy, hoppy blonde ale that reminds me somewhat of American pale ales. Tastes like home! Pours a hazy orange with thin, white, lacy head. Nose of orange zest and fresh hops... although the orange could be all esters, rather than hop aroma. Doesn’t matter, smells good. Flavor starts a bit sweet but folds quickly into a dry, lasting bitterness. Touch of alcohol showing through, but still refreshing. Nice beer. I enjoyed this more than the bigger Malheurs, which run too sweet for me.
