Bottle@Poechenekeller, Brussel. Hazy, dark blond with a creamy offwhite head. Fruity aroma. Good bitter flavours provided by fruity hops. Above average.

Very big lasting white head and lacing over top cloudy dark yellow beer. Sweet Belgian aroma of yeast and candy sugar. "Honey-like" texture and flavour. Strong sweet drinkable beer. Moderate spice finish. The alcohol, while not noticeable, stops you from drinking many more.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2003 Pours a lightly clouded amber. Medium white head. Nose does have a honey and candy sugar hint mixed with a floral spice combo. Nice spritzy tongue with more spice and malt coming through. I can taste the alcohol as well. It has a warming finish that is a little dry. Great stuff!

0.33 l bottle. Golden color, foams over vigorously. Vanilla, clove, cardamon, cinnamon, pepper, raisins, solvent and tequila in the aroma. Sweet, malty and berryish flavor with sharp alcohols, pepper, raspberry and some sour fruitiness. The alcohol note is too sharp and overpowering.

This golden ale poured with a fluffy white head, eliciting a flowery aroma. The flavor is hoppy but slightly flat with a very bitter finish.

Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Hazy pale yellow. Fresh, dewy nose with hints of marzipan and pale malts(is it Maris Otter?). Loads of malty marzipan notes in flavour and very malt bitter, in a good sense.

Slightly hazy golden color. Creamy, rocky lasting head. Tiny particles floating around. Aroma of sour yeast, doughy, spices, coriander, orange. Bit blond taste, not triple-like. Hoppy. Acidic palate.

Bottled. Golden beer with a consistent whispy head, the aroma is fermented and bitter, and the flavour is strong, bitter, dry and fermented slightly. Overall a reasonable Belgian effort.
