A golden beer, with a creamy white head. Sweet and fruity aroma. Taste spicy with a hint of pepper, and a long warm aftertaste of bitternes and spices.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Gusler (2655) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 20, 2002
Well ’Good Olde Malheur 10’, I have a two plus year old just plain ’Malheur’ aging away (We will see how I rank them later this month). Cloudy lemon yellow color, the head is quite frothy, XXXL in size, slightly off white, the lace in large sheets. Nose is citrus, malt, slightly ’perfumy’, somewhat sweet. Front ’If I can ever get past this head’ is sweet, the top is light, the finish is ’Vinous’, slightly sour, quite dry, acidic, a fair hop presence, and a decent drinking beer. Ranks a respectable #395 on my current 1000 beer master list.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 BillKismet (2652) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 30, 2007
Cloudy, light tangerine color, and frothy, but very over-carbonated. Strong yeasty aroma with alcohol fairly well masked considering it comes in at 10%. Rather cloying. Not there yet, could profit from aging and perhaps develop further.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 aracauna (2649) - Georgia, USA - JUL 22, 2007
Pours a bit on the cloudy side with a big sticky head. The aroma is phenols and fruit. A little melon and the fruitiness of a chile pepper. The flavor is sweet and not really backed up by enough bitterness.

Bottle. Had an odd fruity and a barnyard ammonia aroma. Gold body with white head. Fruity peach flavor along with some dry bittering. Leaves the palate dry on the finish.
