The Dan Journal #35. Tasted 10/15/2006. Labeled Millennium 2000. Unfiltered and sedimented. Hazy golden honey hue. Swirling white head. Sweet malty aromas. Honey and tart raspberries. Thick and full bodied. Good burn. Spicy yeasty flavor. Flavors of citrus and tart red fruit. Honey undertone. Nice.

A hazy yellow colour with an average white head. Some carbonation. Rather yeasty malty aroma, spicy and fruity. Full body somewhat creamy. Finish is bitter, with an alcoholic touch and a dry ending. This is not one of my favourits.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2005 Pours hazy yellow with a big, quickly dissapearing head. Nutty flavor with hints of hops, yeast pepper and alcohol. Strong, spicy and bitter finish.

Clear yellow / golden colored beer, average white head. Smell and taste a little sweet and a little bitter. Nice balanced beer. Medium carbo and body.

Slight cloudy gold hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty, zesty, citrus, fruity nose, with some spicy flowery hops, some honeyed pale malt notes, with a faint vanilla, candi sugar sweetness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, subtle bubblegum, sweet honeyed pale malt character, with some herbal floral hops, some fruity mango, candied lemon peel and pineapple accents, with a nice mellow warmth alcoholic mouthfeel, leading towards a warm, sweet malty finish.

Golden. Hazy, white head. Great beer with nie hoppy finish. It heats you up, the alcohol is quite obvious.

Bottle. pours a hazy dark gold with a thick creamy white head. Sweet malt, wine like aroma. Crisp malt taste, sweet dark fruit and a bitter grassy hop bitterness. Very good.
